Roles and responsibilities
- Management of Strategic / Demand Planning Process
- Create Master Production Schedule using MS Project
- Diagnosis of customer requirements from GPF (General Project Forecast) S&OP (Sales and Operation Plan)
- Develop feasibility of Master schedule
- Forecasting
- Validate Master schedule
- Drive on Time delivery to customers and schedule adherence
- Projects prioritization depends on committed EXW / RTS dates
- Processes rescheduling as per customer contractual requirements
- Drive and Update Planning models and Lead Times for individual product types when Improvement actions validated
- Master Schedule Management based on capacity (working stands tools and resources) /
- Capacity planning and Risk analysis related to Project
- Load balancing of each production Value Stream / department
- Improve and standardize the way of working within the team through the application of Lean methodology
- Participate in Improvement Workouts KAIZEN
- Daily monitoring of manufacturing schedule deviations and undertake mitigate and corrective actions with the team
- Schedule elaboration during project offering phase cooperation with costing
- Collaboration with VSM / Production Departments Order Management Finance and other participants of Project execution like other GE Vernova Factories within supply chain
- Planning data analysis for Generator Factory
- Factory load monitoring vs Capacity
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience working with SAP/PMX (MS Project knowledge recommended)
- MSc/BSc in Engineering
- Strategic thinking
- Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to organize motivate people
- Effective team building and project management ability
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Master Planning process
- CPIM Part 1 recommended
- Proficiency in English & Polish language
- Cross functional experience - able to motivate other efficiently facilitate collaboration and influence solutions-oriented culture
