Job Summary
Key Cars Auto Group is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focusedCall Center Representative to join our growing team. This position is based out ofour location in Milford CT. As the first point of contact for our dealerships youll play an important role in creating a positive customer experience by answering calls scheduling appointments and providing information about our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist customers with scheduling service and sales appointments
- Provide accurate information about dealership services promotions and inventory
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system
- Support dealership teams by following up with leads and ensuring excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Computer and data entry skills required
- Reliable positive and team-oriented attitude
