What Youll Do
- Enter and maintain service tickets in Sage for accurate billing
- Manage weekly accounts receivable reviews initiate collections and build strong client relationships
- Support monthly billing by preparing requisitions and assisting Project Managers
- Track change orders subcontractor/supplier activity and lien waivers
- Generate and distribute POC and WIP reports to management and Project Managers
- Support Project Administrator tasks manage submittals RFIs field notes change orders equipment logs payments and purchase orders
What You Bring
- Strong grasp of basic accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Sageexperience is a plus
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Great communication and people skills
- Dependable punctual and eager to learn
Preferred but Not Required
- Associates degree in Accounting or related field
- 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or accounting
- Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese
