Job Summary
Job Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Syracuse NY
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM One weekend per month
Pay Range: $42 $52 per hour
Position Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Physical Therapistfor an exciting job in Syracuse NY.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate plan and implement individualized treatment programs following established clinical procedures.
Develop goal-oriented treatment plans in collaboration with patients and care teams.
Maintain timely and accurate patient documentation including progress notes and discharge summaries.
Participate in clinics rounds and interdisciplinary conferences to discuss patient care.
Provide education and training to staff students and healthcare professionals.
Mentor new staff members and serve as a clinical instructor for senior-level students.
Contribute to the development and implementation of new therapy programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy (B.S. PT) required.
Active or eligible New York State Physical Therapy License.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience preferably in acute or outpatient care.
Completion of pre-employment health clearance.
