Position Summary
- Full-time 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday to Friday (some OT & Saturdays as needed during severe weather events)
- Actively observing anomalies or potential issues.
- Responding to alerts by making outgoing calls to customers to dispatch technicians and ensure system performance.
- Understanding the equipment used for monitoring and identify trends.
- Communicate with the customer and potentially provide basic troubleshooting assistance.
- Maintain detailed logs of responses and customer interactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to quickly assess situations
- Familiarity with dispatch procedures and communications is a plus.
- Customer service skills are essential
- Must be dependable & punctual
