Ingredion is seeking a dynamic Supervisor Talent Acquisition to lead a team of analysts and deliver top-tier talent across North America. This role offers the opportunity to shape recruitment strategies enhance candidate experiences and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced global environment.
As a Supervisor Talent Acquisition you will coordinate and lead the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the delivery of high-quality recruitment services across the Americas region.
This role reports to the Associate Manager Talent Acquisition and oversees a team of 6 Talent Acquisition Analysts.
What will you do:
- Lead and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Analysts to meet hiring goals and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations throughout the hiring process.
- Support diversity and inclusion efforts in recruitment practices.
- Partner with HR and other stakeholders to align talent acquisition with broader organizational goals.
What you will bring:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 5 years of experience in talent acquisition with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools.
- Experience working in a multinational or matrixed organization.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
