The opportunity

AJW Group keeps the worlds aircraft flying by supplying repairing and managing aircraft parts for airlines across the globe. Were offering a unique chance to start your career in aviation through one of our paid apprenticeships where youll gain valuable skills real-world experience and a nationally recognised qualification.

AJW Group is offering 3 exciting apprenticeship opportunities within our Component Repairs & Overhaul team and Spares Inventory Management team.

Our Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship gives you the chance to:

  • Gain valuable business knowledge and understanding

  • Learn about the customer journey and their needs

  • Build insight into customer service culture and awareness

  • Develop personally and professionally and so much more!

Job requirements

  • A genuine interest in aviation and the role youre applying for

  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

  • Good communication and organisational skills

  • A team player with a positive attitude

Apprenticeship eligibility requirements:

  • Must be aged 16 or over

  • Must have the right to work in the UK for the entire apprenticeship duration

  • Must not be in full-time education

  • Must not already hold the same level or higher qualification in the same subject

  • GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths preferred (or willingness to work towards these during the apprenticeship)

We encourage five days a week in the office to strengthen teamwork collaboration and development. However we understand personal circumstances vary and we support flexibility where needed.
