Job Summary

Location: Porto Portugal (on-site)
Start Date: 30 October 2025
Schedule: MonSun 10:0019:00 (2 rotating days off; future night shifts)
Contract: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Support French-speaking social media users via chat email & phone

  • Manage and monitor user interactions efficiently

  • Meet KPIs and performance metrics consistently

  • Escalate issues and provide internal feedback

  • Maintain accurate documentation of cases

Requirements:

  • French B2/C1 English proficiency

  • Proven customer service experience with KPIs

  • Ability to handle high-volume inquiries in fast-paced settings

  • Flexible for rotating & future night shifts

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
