Job Summary
Description of the role:
The Home Health Aide will provide assistance to patients in their homes under the supervision of a registered nurse. This role involves helping patients with daily tasks monitoring their health and providing emotional support.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting patients with personal care tasks such as bathing grooming and dressing
- Providing basic health-related services such as checking vital signs and administering medication reminders
- Assisting with light household chores and meal preparation
- Documenting patient care and reporting any changes in condition to the supervising nurse
Requirements:
- Driver license
- Own car car insurance car registration
- Able to work independently
