• Du analysierst Geschäftsprozesse und entwickelst daraus maßgeschneiderte Salesforce-Architekturen
• Du konzipierst zukunftsfähige Lösungen und wählst passende Salesforce-Produkte (z. B. Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud)
• Du berätst interne Stakeholder zu optimalen Nutzungsmöglichkeiten der Plattform
• Du stellst sicher dass Lösungen Compliance- Sicherheits- und Governance-Vorgaben erfüllen
• Du berätst bei der Einführung neuer Features und Releases und stellst sicher dass alle Compliance- und Sicherheitsstandards eingehalten werden

Diese Fähigkeiten zeichnen dich aus

• Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. IT Wirtschaftsinformatik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Salesforce-Zertifizierungen (z. B. Solution Architect oder Application Architect)
• Erfahrung in komplexen CRM-Projekten und Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
• Kommunikationsstärke Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Plus

Your responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and requirements and translate them into technical concepts
• Design future-proof Salesforce architectures based on best practices ensuring scalability maintainability and flexibility
• Select the right Salesforce products and features (e.g. Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud) and combine them into optimal solutions
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders project managers and developers while advising internal partners on the effective use of the Salesforce platform
• Ensure solutions comply with governance security and regulatory requirements
• Support the introduction of new releases and features including rollouts

Your profile

• Bachelors degree in a related field such as IT Computer Science or Business Administration or an equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g. Solution Architect B2B/B2C/Commerce or Application Architect)
• Strong business orientation with a consulting and solution-driven mindset
• Proven experience in leading and implementing complex CRM projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills also in an international environment
• Very good English skills (spoken and written) German language skills are an advantage
