We are looking for an
Solution Architect Salesforce (m/f/d)

Location: Hybrid either in the Rhein-Ruhr or Rhein-Main region (Germany) or in Bucharest / Sibiu (Romania)

Your responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements and translate them into technical concepts
- Design future-proof Salesforce architectures based on best practices ensuring scalability maintainability and flexibility
- Select the right Salesforce products and features (e.g. Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud) and combine them into optimal solutions
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders project managers and developers while advising internal partners on the effective use of the Salesforce platform
- Ensure solutions comply with governance security and regulatory requirements
- Support the introduction of new releases and features including rollouts
Your profile
- Bachelors degree in a related field such as IT Computer Science or Business Administration or an equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g. Solution Architect B2B/B2C/Commerce or Application Architect)
- Strong business orientation with a consulting and solution-driven mindset
- Proven experience in leading and implementing complex CRM projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills also in an international environment
- Very good English skills (spoken and written) German language skills are an advantage
