Job Summary
Colours Inc. is looking to add a new counter customer service associate to our Franklin location. Our team provides outstanding service to our customers in store by phone and processing orders via email. Ideal team player will have:

Daily responsibilities will include:
- Greet and assist customers at the front counter or over the phone
- Provide outstanding customer service and a great customer experience
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services
- Provide education on products match color and mix paint to meet customers specs
- Handle counter sales transactions including processing payments and issuing receipts accurately
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operation of the counter area
- Maintain stock in the warehouse pull customer orders and fill-in as new stock arrives.
Must be dependable hard working and motivated TEAM Player.
- Prior Automotive Paint Experience and/or the willingness to gain knowledge of product lines
- Strong sense of customer service
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma
- Lift up to 50lbs
