In 2022 Maricopa County deployed a new HRIS system Workday that transformed the way HR operates! We are currently looking to add a Senior Workday Analyst to our team to help support business projects involving the development implementation and testing of system modifications primarily within the Workday Recruit HCM and Learning a Senior Workday Analyst you will play a pivotal role bridging communications between Workday users and technical teams and sharing your technical expertise with a customer-focused County is the fourth-largest county in the nation with over 20000 Workday users!Ready to jump inWe cant wait to meet you!

We Require
- Three years of experience serving as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams on projects within includes requirements gathering communicating information to technical and non-technical users and working cross-functionally in support of complex IT projects.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Computer Information Systems Business Administration Project Management or a related field
- An equivalent combination of post-secondary education and experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis

Job Contributions
- Research and provide recommendations on adding new or enhancing existing features within Workday
- Provide consultation on complex projects to HR Business Partners build domain knowledge gather requirements and provide solutions and impact analysis
- Partner with various stakeholders providing excellent customer service to understand business requirements and develop best-in-class solutions
- Document all processes and configurations to ensure knowledge is shared among the team
- Integrate research user feedback and team ideas to support solutions to business requirements
- Develop use cases acceptance criteria and test cases
- Analyze root causes of business issues and suggest appropriate solutions
- Provide mentorship to other team members with a focus on team success
Working Conditions
Work is generally performed in an office environment. After an initial training period hybrid telework and/or alternate work schedules are available.
