About the Position

In 2022 Maricopa County deployed a new HRIS system Workday that transformed the way HR operates! We are currently looking to add a Senior Workday Analyst to our team to help support business projects involving the development implementation and testing of system modifications primarily within the Workday Recruit HCM and Learning a Senior Workday Analyst you will play a pivotal role bridging communications between Workday users and technical teams and sharing your technical expertise with a customer-focused County is the fourth-largest county in the nation with over 20000 Workday users!Ready to jump inWe cant wait to meet you!

We Require

Three years of experience serving as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams on projects within includes requirements gathering communicating information to technical and non-technical users and working cross-functionally in support of complex IT projects.
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Computer Information Systems Business Administration Project Management or a related field
An equivalent combination of post-secondary education and experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis

Job Contributions

Research and provide recommendations on adding new or enhancing existing features within Workday
Provide consultation on complex projects to HR Business Partners build domain knowledge gather requirements and provide solutions and impact analysis
Partner with various stakeholders providing excellent customer service to understand business requirements and develop best-in-class solutions
Document all processes and configurations to ensure knowledge is shared among the team
Integrate research user feedback and team ideas to support solutions to business requirements
Develop use cases acceptance criteria and test cases
Analyze root causes of business issues and suggest appropriate solutions
Provide mentorship to other team members with a focus on team success

Working Conditions

Work is generally performed in an office environment. After an initial training period hybrid telework and/or alternate work schedules are available.
