Ready to make a difference by creating a clean welcoming and safe home for our residents As a valued member of our Environmental Services team youll play an important role in making our community feel like home. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean attractive and sanitary environment in public areas guest rooms and resident apartments. Work assignments may include Independent Living Assisted Living Memory Care or our Health Care Center (Skilled Nursing).
Heres what youll do:
Treat residents with dignity respect gentleness and kindness.
Clean public areas guest rooms and resident apartments (including bathrooms kitchens patios windows floors furniture and shared spaces).
Stock housekeeping carts with supplies.
Empty wastebaskets and transport trash/waste to proper disposal areas.
Report unsafe conditions or maintenance issues promptly.
Clean floors using appropriate equipment and techniques.
Follow infection control sanitation and safety procedures including correct disposal of protective equipment.
Keep work areas free of hazards and clutter.
Dispose of trash and biohazard waste daily in compliance with standards.
Ensure equipment is cleaned stored properly and report any damage.
Assist with set-up and take-down of meetings and special events.
Follow recycling standards and uniform guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not requiredwell train you!
Excellent customer service skills and a warm helpful attitude.
Ability to understand and speak English.
Capability to operate standard cleaning equipment safely.
Attention to detail and commitment to creating a clean safe and comfortable environment.
Successful completion of required background and health screenings.

- Pay Range: $18.40-21.14 per hour.
