Knoxville Plant - Knoxville TN

Description

Owns development coordination and tracking of all preventative maintenance for facility
Works closely with Parts Coordinator to order/replenish parts needed
Take maintenance requests from employees vendors and contractors and creates work orders
Assists team in the procurement for facility in charge of issuing POs managing invoicing and maintaining budgets
Assesses requests and schedules preventative/regular maintenance expediting emergency repairs
Manage issuance of tools and parts out of maintenance shop/tool room
Ensures that repairs are completed in accordance with internal policies and service agreements
Serves as the Subject matter expert for the Maintenance Management System
Pulls reports weekly from maintenance software informing Maintenance Manager of any issues
Follows all safety procedures and actively participates in safety training and safety system ownership initiatives
Maintains safe and efficient use of equipment tools and person; reports any injury accident or unsafe condition to supervisor immediately
Supports and complies with GMPs; understands and follows emergency action plan
Supports food safety quality and legality
Ensures the operation is providing food-safe quality products which meet or exceed all product specifications and regulatory requirements
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
Intermediate Excel knowledge i.e. pivot tables/graphs
Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Good communication and customer service skills
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Positive attitude and team player
