The beautiful Hilton Omaha is looking for a passionate individual to join the team as an PM Host (Part Time) for Nicks the way in competitive wages we are offering $12.00 per hour for this role plus tips and opportunities to continue to grow your career with the Hilton Omaha.

Inspired by the citys historical Saint Nicholas Claim House of 1854 Nicks Quorum Bar & Supper Club is a modern bar and supper club in downtown Omaha. Serving brunch daily and dinner Tuesday Saturday the kitchen is led by Culinary Director Marvin Woods and the menu features fresh interpretations of supper club classics from relish trays for the table to prime rib carved tableside. Our full bar is mixing up classic cocktails like our Brown Sugar Brandy Old Fashioned (made with spirits from local Brickway Brewery and Distillery) and playful recreations of after-dinner sippers like the Pink Squirrel and Grasshopper. Housed on the ground level of the Hilton Omaha Nicks Quorum draws inspiration from the original supper clubs in the Midwest (notice our immediate seating available sign) at the host stand.

A Restaurant Host/Hostess is responsible for welcoming guests and escorting them to their seats for dining in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing

As a Restaurant Host/Hostess you would be responsible for welcoming guests and escorting them to their seats for dining in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Welcome guests and ascertain their dining needs
• Seat guests and manage the seating chart
• Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow
• Perform opening and closing duties as needed
• Assist others with side work including but not limited to cleaning stocking folding silverware etc.
• Ensure knowledge of menu
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
• Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
