Numerical Control Programmer (NCQA - Numerical Control Quality Assurance) Associate or Mid-Level

Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking a Associate or Mid-Level Numerical Control Programmer to support production in Everett Washington. This role will require individuals that are capable of adapting to a dynamic team with critical deliverables and urgent factory support. They will need to have the ability to collaborate with others while keeping a think outside the box mindset. These team members will be expected to interface with global partners and internal stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provides numerical control machining and programming technical experience.
  • Establishes technical requirements for manufacturing and producibility.
  • Plans creates verifies and revises Machine Control Data (MCD) geometry and documentation that directs the operations for a complete spectrum of numerically controlled equipment required to manufacture and inspect parts tools and assemblies for departmental work.
  • Plans and guides the development and integration of new machining techniques and manufacturing methods processes software and equipment.
  • Works under general direction.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • 1 or more years of experience conducting Inspections using ASME Standards for Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T)
  • 1 or more years of experience with metrology software such as Polyworks Spatial Analyzer or Verisurf
  • 1 or more years of CATIA V5 experience
  • 1 or more years of experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Quality Process Improvements

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to work a variable shift

  • Summary pay range for Mid-Level (Level 3): $90950 - $123050
