Performs technical and first-line supervisory work of records retention and digital conversion of permitting-related documents. Responsible for coordinating the development of records retention schedules and supervising storage retrieval and destruction. Supervises scanning staff to ensure quality assurance and records retention compliance. Communicates with vendors and participates in the identification and execution of contracts with scanning vendors. Work is performed under the supervision of the Permitting Project Manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Business Administration Management or related field with coursework in records management plus two (2) years permitting or records management experience; or an equivalent combination of education training and experience. Valid Florida Drivers License required. Knowledge of internal permitting records management systems and programs such as Infor and ProjectDox preferred.
