KBR is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler/Planner to join our team. This role is responsible for independently applying advanced scheduling and planning techniques as well as performing in-depth analysis within a dynamic project environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Project and the ability to manage schedules for projects of moderate size and complexity.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop maintain and analyze detailed project schedules and critical path plans using Microsoft Project.
Provide advanced scheduling and planning expertise to support project execution and performance tracking.
Identify schedule risks propose mitigation strategies and prepare progress reports and schedule updates.
Coordinate with project managers engineers and other stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment with project goals.
Support schedule-related reviews audits and customer meetings as required.
Work Environment:
Location: On-site
Travel Requirements: Minimal 10%
Working Hours: Standard
Basic Compensation:
$79600 - $90000 USD annually
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates knowledge skills abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Required:
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
Bachelors degree in a technical or related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive scheduling and planning experience in a project-driven environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Project including creation and maintenance of complex schedules and critical path analysis.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve scheduling issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
Desired:
Active Secret Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain one is preferred).
Familiarity with government aerospace or engineering program environments.
Knowledge of earned value management (EVM) or similar project performance metrics.
