We are looking for:
Salesforce UX Designer
Your future role:
As a Salesforce UX Designer you will play a key role in shaping intuitive user-centered experiences across Salesforce implementations. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout all phases of the project lifecycle from Discovery and Design to Build Test and Go-live with the main focus on Build and Delivery.
You will:
- Apply user experience methods and techniques to design scalable user-friendly Salesforce solutions
- Design intuitive user interfaces and apply best practices using Salesforce Lightning Design System
- Create interactive prototypes wireframes mockupsin Figma to communicate design intent and support development using Salesforce Lightning Design System
- Conduct UX/UI assessments of features and complex user flows
- Provide UI guidance to technical teams to ensure design consistency and feasibility
- Advocate for Salesforce Lightning Design System standards and best practices
- Design with accessibility in mind
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts Developers and Project Managers
- Document UX decisions and maintain design consistency across features
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to align on product features and uncover user needs.
Apply if you have:
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform - out-of-the-box features and Salesforce Lightning Design System
- 2 years of experience in UX design ideally within Salesforce or enterprise CRM environments
- Proficiency in design tools - especially Figma
- Great communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple design tasks at hand
- Problem solving attitude and quick learning
- Open mind seeking for innovative solutions up to date with current design trends
- Familiarity with relational databases and enterprise-class CRM systems
- Creativity and eye for esthetic design
- Fluency in English and Polish.
Nice to have:
- Experience in working in Agile projects
- Salesforce Trailhead Badges or Certifications related to UX or Salesforce products
- AI tools expertise and interest.
