Position MERN Stack Developer (Lead)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead (MERN) to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will lead the design development and delivery of scalable applications using the MERN stack. This role involves working closely with architects developers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality timely delivery of solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document requirements for enhancements to systems and/or business processes.
- Develop technical specifications and application architecture.
- Write clean testable and efficient code using JavaScript and React framework.
- Write and maintain Unit Tests Integration Tests and System Tests.
- Provide accurate estimates and contribute to Sprint Planning.
- Perform bug fixing code reviews and maintenance upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Work with Backend GraphQL and REST APIs.
- Debug test and optimize features for high performance.
- Prepare technical documentation and ensure code reusability.
Technical Competencies:
- 5 years of hands-on experience in developing scalable software solutions.
- Strong expertise in React JS Node JS JavaScript REST APIs.
- Proficiency in HTML5 CSS/SCSS Responsive Web Design.
- Desirable: Knowledge/experience with GraphQL.
- Strong understanding of modern development practices (Agile OOD TDD BDD).
- Familiarity with SDLC tools (e.g. TFS Visual Studio Git).
Qualification:
- Education: BE / B. Tech / MCA / B. Sc. (IT)
- Experience: 5 years of relevant experience
