Bright Bay Lincoln is looking for driven energetic people-first professionals to join our elite team on Sunrise Highway in Bay Shore.

Work with customers from start to finish throughout the buying process
Must have self-motivation to be successful
Exhibit great customer service skills
Must be able to create and maintain customer relationships
Experience utilizing and maintaining a customer relations management database
Prior automotive sales or retail experience or business development experience is a plus
Bi-lingual is always a plus
Must have a valid and clean Drivers License
