Plan and manage service requests from estimate to completion
Communicate job details timelines and site requirements to customers and internal teams
Ensure high-quality timely responses that exceed customer expectations
Help reduce delays improve margins and ensure project success
Use problem-solving frameworks (PlanDoCheckAct) to improve efficiency
3 years of experience in a Service Coordinator or related role
Strong knowledge of contract furniture manufacturers and service processes
High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent communication organization and customer service skills
Strong accountability time management and problem-solving mindset
