Service Coordinator

Location: Phoenix AZ
Job Type: Full-Time

What Youll Do

  • Plan and manage service requests from estimate to completion

  • Communicate job details timelines and site requirements to customers and internal teams

  • Ensure high-quality timely responses that exceed customer expectations

  • Help reduce delays improve margins and ensure project success

  • Use problem-solving frameworks (PlanDoCheckAct) to improve efficiency

What You Bring

  • 3 years of experience in a Service Coordinator or related role

  • Strong knowledge of contract furniture manufacturers and service processes

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Excellent communication organization and customer service skills

  • Strong accountability time management and problem-solving mindset
