About the Position: The Full Stack Developer plays a key role in the development team combining strong technical skills with a problem-solving mindset. This position involves actively contributing to the design development and maintenance of scalable web applications technologies ensuring high-quality standards and performance.

The Mid-Level Developer is expected to work independently on moderately complex tasks while also collaborating with senior engineers and project leads to align technical implementations with business objectives. They should be comfortable working with front-end technologies like React JavaScript and CSS as well as handling backend services databases and cloud environments.

This role requires a proactive attitude strong communication and teamwork skills to support a collaborative development environment. The ideal candidate is eager to grow professionally take ownership of technical solutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of the teams development processes.

Work modality: Hybrid Uruguay - Argentina. Offices located in Carrasco (Montevideo) and Villa Crespo (Buenos Aires).

Onboarding: Full-time position based in Montevideo.

Tech Skills:

Requirements:

• Core technologies:
• C# .NET (3 to 5 years): experience applications in a professional environment with an advanced understanding of the framework.
• React (1 to 3 years): experience working with React applications in production. Familiarity with advanced concepts such as SPA and Entity Manager.
• TypeScript: experience using the language even if not in a frontend context.
• SQL (3 to 5 years): experience with SQL Server. Ability to work directly with databases not just through ORMs. Schema management.
• HTML/CSS (3 to 5 years): advanced proficiency in HTML and CSS.
  

• Infrastructure & deployment:
  
• Docker: basic knowledge experience running applications in containers.
• Azure/AWS (focus on Azure): experience deploying applications in cloud environments and interacting with Azure or AWS services.
  

• Advanced design & architecture concepts:
  
• Strong knowledge of design patterns and software architecture.
• Object-oriented programming.
• Ability to describe and explain advanced architecture concepts

Nice to Have:

• Queueing systems / Events (messaging): experience handling message queues (Kafka or similar).
• Tailwind: familiarity with CSS frameworks.
• JavaScript (3 to 5 years): advanced level.
