Registered Nurse-Clinic (Day Shift) Location: Needham MA 02494
Shift: Day Shift (8)-8:00 start
Duration: 13-weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Weekly Pay Rate: $1920 - $2160; (Negotiable based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Perform initial and ongoing nursing assessments of patients health status.
- Administer medications immunizations and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist in minor clinical procedures and monitor patients post-procedure.
- Provide patient education on treatment plans medications and health management.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Prepare exam rooms and ensure proper infection control practices.
- Assist with care coordination including referrals lab orders and follow-up appointments.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance standards.
Required Requirements:
- Education: Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited School of Nursing.
- License: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Massachusetts.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA required.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
- Local candidates required.
