Job Summary

Registered Nurse-Clinic (Day Shift)

Location: Needham MA 02494

Shift: Day Shift (8)-8:00 start

Duration: 13-weeks

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Weekly Pay Rate: $1920 - $2160; (Negotiable based on experience)

Responsibilities:

Perform initial and ongoing nursing assessments of patients health status.
Administer medications immunizations and treatments as prescribed.
Assist in minor clinical procedures and monitor patients post-procedure.
Provide patient education on treatment plans medications and health management.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Prepare exam rooms and ensure proper infection control practices.
Assist with care coordination including referrals lab orders and follow-up appointments.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance standards.

Required Requirements:

Education: Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited School of Nursing.
License: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Massachusetts.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA required.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
