Location: Beverly MA 01915

Shift: 12 hr Night 7:00 PM 7:00 AM

Duration: 13-weeks

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Weekly Pay Rate: $2340 - $2520; (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Medical/Surgical (Med-Surg) units to join a reputable hospital in Beverly MA for a 13-week night shift assignment. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct patient care to adult and geriatric populations in a medical/surgical unit.
Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care plans.
Administer medications monitor vital signs and manage IVs.
Document patient care and treatment accurately in the electronic medical record.
Respond to emergencies and manage patients with acute and chronic medical conditions.
Work collaboratively with physicians nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
Educate patients and families on health conditions discharge instructions and medication usage.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with hospital and nursing standards.

Requirements:

Active Massachusetts RN License (required)
BLS (Basic Life Support) AHA or equivalent (required)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) AHA or equivalent (required)
Minimum 1 2 years of recent Med/Surg RN experience
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
