Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Project Manager located in Eagle Mountain UT. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning execution and successful delivery of construction projects. This includes managing schedules budgets subcontractors and client communication while ensuring strict adherence to safety standards and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the execution of multiple construction projects simultaneously
Manage project budgets schedules and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
Prepare and review estimates contracts and change orders
Coordinate with owners architects engineers subcontractors and vendors throughout the project lifecycle
Supervise field teams to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Track project progress prepare reports and resolve issues proactively
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders

Qualifications

Strong experience in commercial construction project management and estimating
Proven ability to manage multiple projects from planning to completion
Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or a related field preferred
Proficiency with project management software and construction documentation
Ability to work on-site in Eagle Mountain UT on a daily basis
