Job Summary

Job Title: Automation Tester (Exp in Leapwork & Selenium)

Location: Annapolis MD (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualification:

Experience

At least ten (10) years of experience in Quality Assurance including requirements review scenario/script design and development of QA test scripts.
Minimum of eight (8) years experience across diverse IT environments including both cloud and on-premise solutions.
At least three (3) LeapWork test scripting engagements within the past thirty-six (36) months.
Proficiency with tracking tools (e.g. ServiceNow).
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as LeapWork Selenium Silk Test or Rational Functional Tester.

Abilities

Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to interpret test cases for both high-level and functional processes.
Proven capability to work effectively in virtual and distributed team environments.

Knowledge

Software testing methodologies and best practices.
Operating systems and software development fundamentals.
Basic SQL.
Web and desktop application testing.
Data-driven automation techniques.
Automation best practices including reusability sub-flows locator control schedules and run lists.
Test reporting and dashboard creation.
Performance troubleshooting methods.
System test lifecycle review processes and test case documentation.
Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
Process and gap analysis.
A written exam will be administered to assess technical expertise.
