Job Title: Chief Nursing Officer
Location: Bronx New York
Duration: 2 months ( Extension)
Rate: $ 122-126/ Hourly/ W2
Shift: 9 AM 5 PM EST

Job Role:
As the CNO you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for nursing ensuring the highest standards of patient care and fostering a collaborative environment that empowers our nursing staff. Your leadership will be pivotal in shaping our organizational culture enhancing clinical outcomes and driving excellence in nursing practice.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nursing strategies that align with the organizations mission and
- goals ensuring quality patient care and operational efficiency.
- Lead nursing teams in delivering exceptional patient care through evidence-based practices and innovative approaches.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to optimize resource allocation and
- Improve patient care delivery systems.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics to evaluate nursing quality and effectiveness.
- ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Foster professional development and mentorship opportunities for nursing staff to enhance
- skills and promote career advancement.
- Drive initiatives to enhance patient safety satisfaction and overall clinical outcomes
- Advocate for nursing within the executive leadership team and represent nursing interests in Organizational decision-making.
Required:
- Masters in Nursing or related field (Doctorate preferred)
- Active RN license
- 10 years in progressive nursing leadership including senior management
- Proven ability to lead teams manage complex projects and drive change
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality improvement
Preferred:
- Experience in multi-facility systems or academic medical centers
- Successful nursing practice initiatives that improved patient care
- Active in nursing organizations and community health
Technical & Leadership Skills:
- Proficient in EHRs and healthcare management software
- Skilled in data analytics budgeting and financial management
- Excellent leadership communication and strategic thinking
