_{Develop and implement nursing strategies that align with the organizations mission and}
_{goals ensuring quality patient care and operational efficiency.}
_{Lead nursing teams in delivering exceptional patient care through evidence-based practices and innovative approaches.}
_{Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to optimize resource allocation and}
_{Improve patient care delivery systems.}
_{Establish and monitor performance metrics to evaluate nursing quality and effectiveness.}
_{ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.}
_{Foster professional development and mentorship opportunities for nursing staff to enhance}
_{skills and promote career advancement.}
_{Drive initiatives to enhance patient safety satisfaction and overall clinical outcomes}
_{Advocate for nursing within the executive leadership team and represent nursing interests in Organizational decision-making.}

_Required:

_{Masters in Nursing or related field (Doctorate preferred)}
_{Active RN license}
_{10 years in progressive nursing leadership including senior management}
_{Proven ability to lead teams manage complex projects and drive change}
_{Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality improvement}

_Preferred:

_{Experience in multi-facility systems or academic medical centers}
_{Successful nursing practice initiatives that improved patient care}
_{Active in nursing organizations and community health}

_{Technical & Leadership Skills:}

_{Proficient in EHRs and healthcare management software}
_{Skilled in data analytics budgeting and financial management}
_{Excellent leadership communication and strategic thinking}
