The LPN supports the healthcare team in delivering high-quality patient-centered services while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.}

_{Key Responsibilities:}

_{Provide direct clinical care including patient assessments administering medications and vaccinations and documentation of care.}
_{Assist with the management of occupational and non-occupational illnesses and injuries including case management and patient follow-ups.}
_{Participate in workplace health surveillance and hazard assessments to promote a safe and healthy work environment.}
_{Monitor and analyze trends in illness and injury contributing to safety initiatives and wellness promotion strategies.}
_{Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety laws regulations and environmental standards.}
_{Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain clear accurate documentation in the electronic medical record system.}

_{Qualifications:}

_{Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program Required}
_{Current LPN license in the state of New Hampshire Required}
_{1 2 years of healthcare experience Required}
_{Occupational or Employee Health experience Preferred}
_{BLS (AHA) Certification Required}
_{Breath Alcohol Technician Certification Preferred}
_{Excellent verbal and written communication skills}
_{Strong organizational and independent decision-making abilities}
