_{Key Responsibilities:}

_{Provide direct patient care within RN scope of practice as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing.}
_{Apply the nursing process to assess plan implement and evaluate individualized patient care.}
_{Educate patients and their families/significant others on treatments and recovery.}
_{Accurately document all care provided in the electronic medical record.}
_{Collaborate with the care team to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans.}
_{Respond promptly and effectively to patient emergencies.}
_{Maintain flexibility to float between units based on staffing needs.}
_{Exhibit strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.}
_{Maintain professional timely and effective communication.}
_{Attend and participate in regular training meetings and professional development.}

_{Qualifications:}

_{Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Oregon Required}
_{Certifications:}
- _{BLS (AHA) Required}
- _{ACLS (AHA) Required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire}
_Experience:
- _{Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience Required}
- _{Recent (within past 5 years) acute care hospital experience Preferred}
- _{Progressive or intermediate care experience Preferred}
