Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to lead and manage payroll implementation projects. Your role will include providing expert guidance on best practices customizing and configuring SAP HCM Payroll modules to meet client needs troubleshooting and resolving system issues and delivering workshops and training sessions. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with other systems and stay updated on the latest trends in SAP HCM Payroll.

Must-Have Skills:

Proven experience as a Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant especially with US payroll
Strong SAP configuration knowledge
In-depth understanding of SAP HCM Payroll modules and functionalities
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Relevant certifications in SAP HCM Payroll are a plus
Personal laptop required
