Job Description & Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding Consultant with 2.5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting RCM (Recruiting Management) RMK (Recruiting Marketing) and ONB (Onboarding 2.0) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions that enhance the talent acquisition and onboarding experience for our clients across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities
Lead or support full-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
Configure and customize RCM RMK and ONB 2.0 functionalities including job requisitions candidate profiles onboarding tasks and email services.
Design and implement workflows business rules and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
Collaborate with Employee Central (EC) consultants to ensure seamless integration between Recruiting Onboarding and Core HR.
Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into system configurations.
Manage data mapping and migration activities for recruitment and onboarding processes.
Provide post-go-live support issue resolution and system enhancements.
Create functional specifications test scripts and user training manuals.
Deliver training sessions and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Stay updated with SAP release features and apply best practices in configuration and delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration Information Systems or related field.
SAP Certified Associate SuccessFactors Recruiting and/or Onboarding 2.0 (preferred).
Strong understanding of recruiting workflows onboarding journeys and integration touchpoints.
Experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of RCM/RMK/ONB.
Familiarity with SAP CPI Boomi or other middleware tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
