Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

NOW HIRING Full-Time & Part-Time Caregivers for 24/7 In-Home Support!

We are urgently seeking compassionate reliable and dedicated caregivers to join a care team providing 24/7 in-home support for a woman requiring consistent hands-on assistance with her daily needs. This important role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting not just her physical well-being but also her emotional comfort dignity and overall quality of life.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is experienced in hospice or palliative care understands the sensitivities of end-of-life support and is committed to fostering a calm respectful and patient-centered environment.

Location: Watertown WI

Compensation: $16.32/Hour

Available Shifts:

(Can be combined for a full time position)

Overnight Shifts:

Wed7:30PM to 7:30AM
Fri-9:30PM-9:30AM

Daytime Shifts:

Tues: 8:00AM-2:30PM
Wed: 1:30PM7:30PM
Thurs: 7:30AM2:30PM 2:30PM10:00PM
Fri/Sat: 7:30AM2:30PM
Sat: 9:30AM9:30PM

Key Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on assistance with daily living: bathing grooming dressing and mobility
Support toileting repositioning catheter/ostomy care and medical equipment use
Prepare meals assist with feeding and perform light household tasks (laundry sweeping etc.)
Accompany client to appointments or outings when needed via transportation in a handicap van
Wound care as directed

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (elderly care preferred)
CNA certification preferred but not required
Reliable transportation valid drivers license and auto insurance
Strong communication skills and a kind dependable nature
Must pass caregiver and criminal background checks
