Could you be the full-time Fleet Performance Engineer in LOCATION were looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical expertise in fleet performance and maintenance in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
Youll play a key role in improving the reliability and availability of our fleet while ensuring the accomplishment of project KPIs and quality requirements. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (Operations Industrial Quality Sourcing and EHS) provide technical support and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and much more.
Youll specifically take care of troubleshooting and performance analysis but also support data-driven decision-making and fleet optimization initiatives.
Well look to you for:
Providing technical support to improve fleet reliability and availability
Proposing and implementing innovative maintenance solutions
Analyzing system performance and maintenance processes to drive improvements
Supporting depot and station personnel to reduce repair times
Creating technical and contractual reports to explain incidents and performance
Developing and managing fleet retrofits to enhance reliability
Collaborating on new tools to monitor subsystems and improve task effectiveness
Ensuring compliance with quality environment safety and health standards
Managing and developing the Fleet Support team
Taking responsibility for QCD (Quality Cost Delivery) targets and deliverables

Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical Mechanical or relevant field)
Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance including 5 years in rolling stock troubleshooting
Experience or understanding of data analysis and reporting tools
Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) methodologies
Familiarity with MS Office and digital applications for data management
Working knowledge of safety management systems and risk assessment
Strong problem-solving skills and technical risk management
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English
Innovative spirit and attention to detail
Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
