The Senior Compensation Manager is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the design implementation and governance of enterprise-wide compensation programs. This role partners closely with senior leadership to ensure compensation strategies align with business objectives support talent acquisition and retention and maintain internal equity and external competitiveness. The Senior Compensation Manager also leads complex compensation initiatives mentors junior team members and ensures compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.
The base salary is one part of our Total Rewards package and is determined within a range. The starting base salary range for this position is listed below; the actual starting salary will be based on a variety of factors including experience skill set education performance licenses/certifications business needs and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
