What Youll Do
Arrive on time ready to work and equipped with the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Maintain a clean organized and safe workspacesafety always comes first!
Collaborate with team members and interact professionally with all staff
Ensure tools are accessible organized and in good working order
Service and repair trucks and heavy equipmentincluding fueling lubricating greasing and replacing filters
Troubleshoot and perform general repairs on a variety of machines
Monitor workflow and adapt to changing priorities as needed
What Were Looking For
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience: 1-2 years experience in a similar industry preferred but we welcome candidates eager to learn and grow
Tools: Ownership of basic hand tools and a toolbox to get the job done
Your Skills & Strengths
Excellent communication skillsa must for working efficiently and positively with others
Organizational skills to keep your area and tasks on track
Basic mechanical knowledge and a keen willingness to learn more
Ability to operate and move various types of equipment (well train you as you grow with us!)
Physical & Environmental Demands
This role requires a range of vision abilities including close distance peripheral and depth perception as well as the ability to focus quickly
Youll be working near moving mechanical parts sometimes outdoors in various weather conditions (including wet cold or humid days)
Noise levels are generally moderate but safety comes firstwe provide all necessary protective gear
