Job Description
Infosys is seeking aTechnology Lead - Senior AI/ML & Generative AI Engineerwith deep expertise in designing developing and deploying advanced AI solutions includingLarge Language Models (LLMs)andAgentic AI architectures. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients to understand complex business challenges architect scalable AI solutions and deploy them using modern cloud platforms such asAzure MLandGCP AI Services.
This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies inGenerative AILLM fine-tuningagentic orchestration andvector databases while shaping impactful consulting solutions across industries likeBanking Finance and Capital Markets.
Required Qualifications:Candidate must be located within commuting distance ofMississauga ONor be willing to relocate to the area.

- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 7years of Information Technology experience
- Minimum5 years of experiencein Python programming including OOPs data structures (queues stacks linked lists) and API development.
- Minimum5 years of experiencein Big Data technologies (e.g. BigQuery Hadoop).
- Minimum4 years of experiencein cloud platforms (Azure GCP) and their AI/ML services.
- Minimum5 years of experiencein ML model development data engineering and software engineering principles.
- Minimum3 years of experiencein MLOps and AI/ML deployment (e.g. SageMaker Snowflake).
- Minimum2 years of hands-on experiencein Generative AI LLMs and agentic frameworks.
- Experience withAPI Gatewaydevelopment and deployment on Azure/GCP.
- Hands-on experience withvector databasesandRAG pipelines.
- Familiarity withCI/CDDevOps and automation tools in AI/ML contexts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to evaluate multiple solution paths.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Domain expertise inBanking Finance or Capital Marketsis a plus.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face.
Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario: $ 89004 to $115491
