Job Description

As the Clinical Solutions Delivery Consultant you are responsible for supporting the creation development and delivery of virtual and in person-classroom education for our General Imaging Ultrasound business.

Your role:

Serving as the Subject Matter Expert in all areas of education and training while leading the clinical delivery of Ultrasound solutions with customers. Collaborating with customers Customer Project Managers Clinical Solution Consultants (CSC) operations and to deliver effectively on the solution.
Leading the overall on-site offsite or remote delivery of clinical services. Working closely with CSCs Delivery Managers and customer relationship managers to drive and deliver on financial targets for the organization.
Transferring complex clinical and technical concepts into virtual and in-person training content. Ensuring Philips customers receive consistent training experience including support and education throughout installations and upgrades.
Adjust deliverables and processes based on changing market trends evolving customer needs changes in products and varying external and internal educational needs.
Travel of 75% or more is to be expected.

Youre the right fit if:

Youve acquired 2 years of experience scanning in a hospital setting as a registered cardiovascular sonographer. (Philips peds and structural heart experience preferred).
Your skills include experience with precepting training and/or educating others on clinical and technical cardiovascular sonography in a classroom or online setting.
You have a Bachelors degree in areas such as Healthcare Consulting Clinical Education and Training Clinical Practice or equivalent in medical sonography. Current RDCS registry required (RVT preferred).
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
Youre an excellent communicator (written verbal and presentations) and possess strong interpersonal skills. You have the ability to interact with various levels of internal stakeholders and peers as part of an interdisciplinary team.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.

$93000 to $147000 (AK DE MD NY RI or WA)

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.

In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
