Position Overview

Stand-By Personnel is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to support operations for our client in Neosho MO. This role offers competitive pay weekly checks and benefits eligibility. The Electrical Maintenance Technician will be a hands-on problem solver with strong mechanical and electrical knowledge working to keep equipment and systems running at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical processing equipment.
Conduct regular inspections to prevent breakdowns and reduce downtime.
Support line startups and make equipment adjustments for optimal performance.
Assist in developing and executing preventative maintenance schedules.
Perform facility maintenance tasks such as carpentry plumbing and painting.
Promote and maintain a safe work environment by following company policies.
Adapt to additional responsibilities as assigned.

Required Experience & Skills

High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (chains gears bearings etc.).
Proven experience with electrical and mechanical processing equipment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
