We are currently hiring for our June 2026 Sales Trainee Cohort! This is your opportunity to kick-start your career in sales with Shaw Industries. Join a group of driven early-career professionals for an immersive training experience designed to prepare you for success in one of our sales territories across the country.
Whats it like
Youll join a cohort of other early-career sales professionals in an exciting intensive 1012 week training program at our corporate headquarters in northwest Georgia (we have corporate housing options!).
During training youll participate in team-building activities plant tours (youve got to see how our products are made!) sales ride-alongs product knowledge assessments professional presentation workshops and more. If you bring a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed well provide all the tools you need to thrive in the field.
What is
Bachelors degree in business sales or a related field
Willingness to relocate to the a marketin the US
