We are seeking a qualified professional who meets the following criteria:

Minimum of 4 years experience as a Chef de Partie in luxury hotel or reputed stand-alone restaurant or currently in similar role.

Strong expertise in Southeast Asian Cuisines with a proven track record in Malaysian and Singaporean cuisines.

Knowledge of Indonesian and Vietnamese Cuisine is an added advantage.

Demonstrated ability to lead inspire and motivate kitchen teams effectively

Strong operational focus including buffet live station a la carte kitchen.

Able to maintain consistency and high standards under pressure during peak service periods.

Creative and passionate about delivering both authentic and innovative Southeast Asian cuisine.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and team-oriented leadership style.
