Job Description
We are looking for a Motion Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and bring our brand stories to life through stunning motion graphics videos and AI-powered creative experiments.
Key Responsibilities
Design and animate motion graphics for marketing campaigns including explainervideos ad films reels and product launch videos.
Edit podcasts event highlights and social media videos with professional qualityand brand alignment.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas storyboards and campaignconcepts.
Work on video and photo shoots ensuring smooth pre-production and post-productionworkflow.
Optimize videos for multiple formats (9:16 16:9 square) across Instagram YouTubeand LinkedIn.
Experiment with AI-driven creative tools to generate ideas design assets and speedup video production.
Required Skills & Tools
2 - 5 years experience motion graphic designing.
Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects Premiere Pro Photoshop Illustrator.
Familiarity with AI-based creative tools such as Midjourney Runway Kling AI and openness to learning emerging AI design/video tools.
Strong understanding of video editing techniques timing transitions and visual storytelling.
Good sense of color typography and design aesthetics.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Basic experience in static design (social media posts mailers PPT slides).
Awareness of social media trends viral video formats and storytelling techniques.
Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment and push creative boundaries.
