Pay Range:
$53.07 - $79.60
A successful candidates actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience skills training certifications and education.
Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Pharmacy Informaticist to join our team. The Pharmacy Informaticist promotes the knowledge integration and application of healthcare information technology to make solution recommendations to assist in clinical targets the organizations vision and strategic goals and industry best practices. This position is responsible for driving optimal efficient and effective medication use by supporting and managing medication management systems in the health system. This role serves as a key constituent that bridges the gap between people process clinical knowledge and technology in the Inpatient and/or Ambulatory settings.

o Location: 100% remote accepting applicants that can work remotely and live in AZ FL IL IN KY MI MO NC NE NH SC TN TX OH WI or WY.

INTERNET SPEED REQUIREMENTS:
Download speeds must be at least 20 Mb or higher. (100 Mb or higher is preferred.)
Upload speeds must be at least 6 Mb or higher. (10 Mb or higher is preferred.)
Latency/Ping must be under 100 ms. (Under 60 ms is preferred.)
Education Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy is required.
- Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (Pharm D) is preferred.
Experience Qualifications
- Minimum of three years total of pharmacy experience is required.
- Informatics experience in one or more of the following: Epic Pyxis smart pumps IV workflow 340b automation solutions (eg. carousel highspeed packaging robotics) interfaces/integrations implementation of major vendor clinical information systems (CIS) project management workflow redesign clinical care transformation and/or end user education/training is required.
- Pharmacy informatics experience is preferred.
- Experience supporting Epic is preferred.
- Experience in project management workflow design process improvement clinical care transformation and end user education/training is preferred.
Certifications Licenses and Registrations
- Pharmacist license is required. Licensed Pharmacist in IL or WI is preferred.
- Active drivers license is required.
- Pharmacist board certification is preferred.
- Epic Certification is required or obtained within 4 months of hire.
