Job Description
The ideal candidate brings a mix of product management expertise recruiting technology domain knowledge and strong cross-functional collaboration skills. Youll work at the intersection of product strategy engineering recruiting operations and compliance to deliver scalable user-friendly solutions.
- 5 years of HR technology product management experience including hands-on delivery with engineering teams.
- Experience in an in-house recruiting product or process role designing and implementing cross-system recruiting processes from design through delivery including ongoing support and continuous improvement.
- Strong ability to analyze and manage cross-functional dependencies (business technical and legal/regulatory).
- Track record of driving clarity in ambiguous situations and enabling quick informed tradeoff decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority build consensus and drive decisions across diverse teams and leadership levels.
- Skilled at listening to stakeholders and translating requests into solutions that solve the underlying business problems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with varied stakeholders (executives recruiters hiring managers engineering operations legal privacy etc.).
- A self-starter with a deep sense of user empathy and an innate drive to solve complex problems and craft extraordinary user experiences.
- Familiarity with recruiting compliance requirements and the creativity to solution within regulatory boundaries.
