Role Overview

Were searching for a hands-on marketing leader who isnt afraid of high standards bold challenges and building something that lasts.

This isnt a role where you operate. Its one where you orchestrate. Youll guide a talented team of Saudi marketers connect dots across functions and set the vision that ties our brand growth and community together.

Your mission: expand Calos footprint deepen cultural relevance and create marketing that doesnt just sell but moves people emotionally culturally and behaviorally.

What Youll Do

1. Build on a Strong Brand Foundation

  • Scale and evolve Calos presence in Saudi Arabia building on existing growth.
  • Refine our local brand voice to connect deeply with Saudi customers.
  • Lead storytelling that ties our product mission and lifestyle into one compelling narrative.
  • Ensure excellence across every touchpoint: digital social content packaging and offline.

2. Own Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Lead go-to-market strategy across brand performance content community PR and offline experiences.
  • Manage and optimize budgets with ROI in mind across acquisition and retention.
  • Run full-funnel campaigns that build awareness win customers and drive loyalty.
  • Use both proven methods and bold unconventional plays from paid media to guerrilla stunts.

3. Deepen Community & Cultural Relevance

  • Be Calos cultural custodian in Saudi Arabia.
  • Spot the influencers ambassadors and cultural moments that matter.
  • Bring Calo to life through events partnerships and activations.
  • Build advocacy by working with creators health voices and tastemakers.

4. Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team

  • Mentor and empower a diverse team of Saudi marketers.
  • Build a structure that balances strategy creativity and execution.
  • Act as the bridge between your team and company leadership.
  • Collaborate with Product Engineering Operations and Growth to align on priorities.

What Were Looking For

  • Demonstrable experience leading high-impact marketing in B2C environments.
  • Scaled consumer brands (subscription/D2C strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record in brand building growth strategy and delivering on acquisition/brand KPIs.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with Saudi consumer brands.
  • Strong leadership experience building and managing teams.
  • Hands-on experience managing marketing P&L.
  • Solid understanding of both brand and performance marketing (you connect the dots even if you dont execute both).
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.

Team & Location
Location: Riyadh Saudi Arabia (Must already reside in Riyadh or be willing to relocate as 90% of our team is here)

Reporting to: VP of Marketing

Team Structure: Youll be leading a diverse marketing team spanning campaigns communications content events and community initiatives while also working closely with shared resources such as performance marketing and CRM/retention.
