Personal Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and results-driven Personal Lines Producer to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at building relationships and closing sales through warm leads. The role operates on a hybrid schedule providing flexibility while maintaining a collaborative team culture.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $50000 annually commissions & bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
- Cross-sell personal lines insurance products to existing and prospective clients.
- Leverage warm leads provided by the service staff.
- Actively pursue house accounts and maintain a proactive approach to sales.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless client interactions.
- Utilize agency management software to manage accounts and track performance.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active NY/NJ Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in personal lines insurance sales.
- Proven ability to close business and achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with Applied Epic software is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a focus on relationship-building and client satisfaction.
