Flynn Group of Companies North Americas leading Building Envelope Trade contractor in the Institutional Commercial and Industrial construction marketplace is looking for a ConstructionIntern to join our dynamic and growing organization for the Summer 2026 and Fall 2026 Terms.

For over 30 years Flynn Group of Companies has enjoyed steady growth and success by providing quality contracting services and design assistance to ensure long-term performance and customer satisfaction. As a contractor Flynn plays a key role in blending architectural visions with practical detailing to ensure quality functional and high-performance Roof Exteropr Wall Systems and Glazing Systems.

This internship will take place at our Kansas City MO branch.

Applicants for the Summer program should be able to commit to the entire Summer of 2026 starting the first week of June and ending the last week of August. Fall applicants should be able to commit beginning Sept. 2026 through December 2026. Time off can be accommodated upon further discussion. The internship program will range between 10 weeks and 16 weeks on a part time or full time basis based on the requirements of the schools internship program.

We are looking for driven hard-working and eager people who are pursuing a career in Construction and Project Management.
