The Job:

In this role youll work alongside our experienced technicians to learn the inspection diagnosis repair and maintenance of our fleet of trucks and heavy-duty equipment. Youll gain hands-on experience and training to help ensure our vehicles are safe reliable and ready to serve the community each day.

What Youll Do

• Assist in diagnosing repairing and maintaining diesel CNG gas and electric trucks as well as related heavy-duty equipment

• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and document findings

• Complete work orders order parts and track repairs in M5 planner under supervision

• Use power tools hand tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and complete repairs

• Work both independently and as part of a supportive team of technicians

• Participate in training and mentorship opportunities to grow your skills and progress towards certification

What You Bring

• Current enrollment as a Heavy-Duty Equipment Technician Apprentice (minimum Level 1 or higher)

• Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn

• Ability to read and follow repair manuals work orders and safety procedures

• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs. kneel crawl and work in varied conditions (heat cold dust noise fumes)

• Commitment to safety and teamwork
