Position Overview
We are currently seeking skilled and compassionate Mental Health Professionals to join our team as 1099 independent contractors. A Professional License is not required for this position
Location: Scranton PA
Pay
- You will be compensated at a rate of $30 per completed session for the first 15 clients seen each week. For any sessions beyond 15 in a given week compensation will transition to a 50/50 revenue split allowing for increased earning potential as your caseload grows

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Duties:
- Conduct individual and family therapy sessions
- Perform intake evaluations and assessments
- Develop therapeutic relationships focused on recovery and wellness
- Provide care across the lifespan including children (training available if needed)
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain timely accurate documentation consistent with licensing insurance and company standards
- Coordinate care with internal and external providers
- Participate in clinical collaboration and supervision as required
Qualifications
- A Masters degree in a recognized clinical discipline including Social Work Psychology rehabilitation Activity Therapies or Counseling is required.
- Must have completed an internship or practicum during your graduate program
- Experience with individual therapy and intake evaluations or similar services/care
- Assessment/diagnosis coordination of care documentation and critical execution of therapeutic modalities experience
- Technological proficiency and ability to navigate EHR systems
- Commitment to high standards of clinical care and ethical practice
- Ability and willingness to complete documentation within an established timeframe
- Professional License not required
