Position: Senior Scrum Master
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a Java-based pricing solution handling large-scale data transactions for a retail client ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
- Coordinate across distributed Agile teams facilitating sprint planning reviews and retrospectives to drive iterative progress and continuous improvement.
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders technical teams and product owners to align expectations manage priorities and ensure clear communication.
- Maintain and track project RAIDs (Risks Assumptions Issues Dependencies) ensuring proactive mitigation and transparent reporting.
- Oversee project timelines budgets and resource allocation while regularly updating leadership on project health and milestones.
